Full-length sleeves provide coverage and light compression from wrist to shoulder, making this the ideal base layer for winter training or a standalone top for milder days.
The minimalist seamless design means no visible lines, no chafing, and a smooth finish that sits cleanly under a puffer jacket or zip-up for your commute, then looks polished on its own during your session.
Top length note: This top sits at hip to upper hip length approximately 46–51cm from shoulder to hem depending on size. At this length it provides full torso coverage and sits just below the natural waistline on most heights. It is longer than a crop top but shorter than a full-length top. Sleeve length: Full length sleeves reaching the wrist approximately 60–64cm from shoulder seam to cuff depending on size.

How to measure yourself:
Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, tape parallel to the ground
Waist — around your natural waistline, 2–3cm above belly button, normal breath
Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, feet together
Shoulder width — across your upper back from shoulder edge to shoulder edge
The model is 164cm tall and wears a Size S. Her measurements are: Bust 81cm · Waist 62cm · Hips 87cm · Shoulder width 36cm. The top hem sits approximately 4cm below her natural waistline covering her waistband with a small section of her hips visible below the hem. The sleeves reach her wrist with a small amount of fabric folding if you have shorter arms, the sleeves will sit slightly past your wrist for a relaxed cuff look.
SIZE GUIDANCE NOTE
This top is designed with a close, body-contouring fit. The high stretch fabric accommodates your body comfortably within the size range above. For a sculpted, compressive training fit choose your size based on your bust and shoulder measurements above. Bust fit takes priority for a fitted top. For a more relaxed, comfortable everyday feel size up one size. If you have broad shoulders size up even if your bust measurement fits the smaller size. A tight shoulder on a long sleeve top restricts arm movement and cannot be stretched out. Petite (under 158cm) sleeves will sit slightly past your wrist giving a relaxed cuff look. The hem will sit closer to your waist a more cropped effect than intended. Tall (over 168cm) sleeves may sit slightly above your wrist. The hem will sit higher on your hip. Size up for longer sleeves and more torso coverage. This top pairs perfectly with all Elevate high-waist leggings. The hem length is designed to tuck neatly into the leggings waistband for a clean, seamless look.
