How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All Australian orders over $80 AUD ship free. Orders under $80 AUD are a flat $8.95 AUD. Express shipping is available for $19.95 AUD.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Use the link to follow your parcel in real time.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $20AUD. We're expanding to more countries soon. Join our email list to be the first to know.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Use our detailed Size Guide it includes exact cm measurements for bust, waist, and hips for every size from XS to 3XL. If you're between sizes, size up for shapewear and follow your measurements for activewear
Do you have plus sizes?
Yes! Every style in our shapewear and activewear range goes up to 3XL (AU size 18–20). We believe every body deserves to feel supported and confident.
What if my shapewear doesn't fit?
We offer exchanges on all items within 30 days of delivery. Simply email hello@elevateshapewear.com or follow Contact Us page on website with your order number and we'll sort you out.
Payment
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay is available on all orders. Split your purchase into 4 equal interest-free fortnightly payments. Zip Pay is also available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Zip. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy for all the details.
What if my item is faulty?
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty products. Email us with photos of the fault and your order number, we'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Products
What is your shapewear made of?
Our shapewear is made from nylon and spandex blends, ranging from 80/20 to 68/32 depending on the style. All materials are skin-safe and latex-free. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my Elevate pieces?
We recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle/delicates cycle in cold water. Do not tumble dry, lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the fabric. Full care instructions are on the product label.
Can I wear shapewear every day?
Yes, our everyday shapewear is designed for all-day comfort. We recommend giving your pieces a rest every few days and following the care instructions to maintain their shape and compression level.
