Our 30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to love your Elevate order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right simply and without fuss.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from marks, odours, or signs of use
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:
- Underwear, briefs, or items marked as hygiene products (unless faulty)
- Sale or clearance items marked as 'Final Sale'
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Your Australian Consumer Law Rights
In addition to our store policy, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that we cannot limit or exclude.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for:
- Products with a major fault or defect
- Products that are not fit for the purpose we said they were for
- Products that don't match the description or sample shown
- Products that are unsafe
For major failures, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or compensation for the drop in value. For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement. These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy above.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@elevateshapewear.com or through contact us page on our website with your order number and the reason for your return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number
- Package your item securely and post it to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Afterpay and Zip refunds follow the same timeline your instalment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. Email us or contact us through Contact Us page before returning and we'll hold your replacement item while your return is in transit (subject to stock availability).
