Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are processed the same day.

Our shapewear & activewear range ships from our quality-checked international suppliers to ensure you receive the best possible product. While this means a slightly longer wait (7–14 business days), we never compromise on quality or sizing consistency.
We notify you with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Free Shipping
All Australian orders over $80 AUD qualify for FREE standard shipping. This applies to your entire cart mix and match categories.
Orders under $80 AUD: $8.95 flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Click the tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@elevateshapewear.com or through website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand. NZ orders arrive in 7–14 business days at a flat rate of $20 AUD. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We're working on expanding to more countries sign up to our email list to be notified.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@elevateshapewear.com or through our website with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
Lost parcels confirmed by the carrier are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
