How to Measure Yourself

For the most accurate fit, measure yourself with a soft tape measure. Wear minimal clothing and stand naturally don't hold your breath or suck in.


  • BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground
  • WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso (usually about 2–3cm above your belly button)
  • HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level


All measurements below are in centimetres (cm). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for shapewear and sizing to your measurements for activewear.
